About William Thomson: a provider of exclusive cloths finished in Huddersfield, England. By the 1880s, William Thomson and Sons Ltd. had acquired an international acclaim for manufacturing the UK’s highest quality cloth. Thomson refused to include any additives in his cloths on the grounds that ‘bad merchandise equates to a bad life; not only physically but morally’. It’s only today after nearly 130 years that William Thomson’s vision, values, and goals have been rediscovered.

Standard (Colissimo) and Express (DHL) shipping to all shipping destinations, except Non EU countries (DHL express shipping only). 

Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days in France, and 7-12 business days in Europe and Non EU countries in Europe. Express shipping (DHL) has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days in France and 3-7 business days all other destinations.

Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

To initiate a return on a web item please email us with the reason and order number at customercare@leapt.fr within 3 days from the date the Customer received it.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn (including smell or traces of perfume, sweat, fragrance) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 14 days from the date the Customer received it. 

Any returned items that are incomplete or damaged will be sent back as is to the Customer at the Customers expense. 

Once the return item has been shipped the Customer must provide tracking information to customercare@leapt.fr. All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. Goods sent unilaterally without prior information will be returned to the Customer at the Customers expense.

CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE: For returns from outside of EU all duty fees and taxes will be paid for by the customer.
