Terms and Conditions 

DUE TO HANDPICKED SELECTIONS AND, THEREFORE, LIMITED STOCK, LE:APT RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS INFORM THEMSELVES REGARDING PRODUCT(S) BEFORE BUYING. ANY DETAILS NOT ADDRESSED IN THE PRODUCT INFORMATION CAN BE PROVIDED THROUGH CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE customercare@leapt.fr

 

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Revised terms and conditions shall be effective on the date of their publication on leapt.fr

Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days subject to production, credit clearance and address verification.

The tracking information will be sent to you via email. If your tracking information is not available, please email customercare@leapt.fr. LE:APT is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide us with a telephone number. Any orders sent out that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. Please be aware that during our sale and busy periods deliveries can take longer. To be notified of any promotional codes or other offers valid on our site via email, simply sign up to our newsletter.

*Orders containing pre-order items & footwear will be shipped as one parcel at the estimated shipping date of the pre-order/footwear. If the customer wishes to have the non-pre-order/footwear items shipped at a date earlier than the estimated shipping date of pre-order items/footwear then the customer will have to make a request by email to customercare@leapt.fr.

RETURN POLICY (if applicable)

Please send us an email with the topic RETURN and order number to customercare@leapt.fr.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn ((including smell or traces of perfume, sweat, fragrance)) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 14 days from the date the Customer received it. 

Once the return item has been shipped the Customer must provide tracking information to customercare@leapt.fr. All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company (an item claimed faulty on receipt has to be reported within 7 days). Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we will provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value. If customers return faulty item(s) and non-faulty item(s) together without notifying us, 20% of the item(s) price will be charged as handling charges. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, without tags, etc.) or outside of the returns timeframe, we won't be able to give you a full refund. In the event that the item will be sent back to you at the Customers expense or you may be asked to cover the handling charges. Goods sent unilaterally without prior information will be returned to the Customer at the Customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All incomplete returns will be treated, on a case by case basis, at our discretion.

We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.

*Non-refundable items: Outlet items, knitted accessories and delicate fabrics.

*Sales are only for that day and don’t apply to previously purchased items.

*The promotional codes cannot be used after the order has been placed.

*Offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or coupon.

CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE: For returns from outside of EU all duty fees and taxes will be paid for by the customer.

(In the case that the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, the order is not eligible for a refund.)

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-order products will be shipped in accordance with the scheduled delivery date (the delivery time may vary depending on the region).

In the Product Info category at the top of the product detail page, we provide information on the “estimated shipping date”.   

(If production status and holidays are included, there may be slight schedule changes. If the schedule changes, we will individually notify you)

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@leapt.fr.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Cancellation is possible within 24h after the order has been placed. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.  

It takes up to 7-10 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

GIFT COUPONS

Send us an email at customercare@leapt.fr.

*Gift coupons cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned items that were paid for with a gift coupon will be refunded as store credit. The coupons are valid for 12months from the date of issue.

PAYMENT

You can choose to pay with PayPal or with a credit card.

When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to LE:APT.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

All transactions on this website are processed using Paypal and Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you have any questions about paying online please contact us customercare@leapt.fr

LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
