All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Standard (Colissimo) and Express (DHL) shipping to all shipping destinations, except North America (DHL express shipping only).
Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days in France, and 7-12 business days in Europe and Non EU countries in Europe. Express shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days in France and 3-5 business days all other destinations.
Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
LE:APT is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address and/or undelivered order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be issued a refund (excluding shipping charges). Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the item.
We will not be held responsible for delayed or damaged items caused by shipping provider, or items lost in transit.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with Shipping provider. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
We currently ship to France, Europe, and North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) only.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis.
This means that for shipments to all countries outside the European Union and France's overseas departments and territories, the price shown on the invoice sent to the Customer will not include VAT or other taxes. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union and France's overseas departments and territories may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government taxes that are not the responsibility of LE:APT. If such additional charges are applicable, they must be borne by the Customer who shall be solely responsible for filing all necessary returns and making all necessary payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in the country concerned. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from your refund.
