SHIPPING POLICY

​

We ship worldwide. 

​

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping (Colissimo) and Express Shipping (DHL) in Europe, Standard Shipping (Colissimo) in France and Express Shipping (DHL) to all shipping destinations.

Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days in France, 5-10 business days in Europe, Express shipping (DHL) has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days in France and 2-5 business days all other destinations.

*Shipping to Russia, only via Colissimo (7-14 business days). 

(Russia has issued restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals via DHL. As such for the time being we won’t be able to ship to Russia via DHL.)

Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

LE:APT is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.  

Once your package ships, a tracking link will be sent to keep an eye on your parcel and track your items. Keep in mind, that we cannot directly control the delivery times once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Orders that are returned to us without notifying us, and incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will upon return to us be issued a refund by deducting all shipping and duty fees and 10% of the value of products as handling charges. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the item.

We will not be held responsible for delayed or damaged items caused by shipping carrier, or items lost in transit. 

We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we are unable to refund/replace orders.

*A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served. LE:APT will inform you if your destination requires a remote area surcharge.

DUTIES & TAXES

​

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. 

This means that for shipments to all countries outside the European Union and France's overseas departments and territories, the price shown on the invoice sent to the Customer will not include VAT or other taxes. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union and France's overseas departments and territories may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government taxes that are not the responsibility of LE:APT. If such additional charges are applicable, they must be borne by the Customer who shall be solely responsible for filing all necessary returns and making all necessary payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in the country concerned. In the case that the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, the order is not eligible for a refund.

If the customs fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. LE:APT only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting all shipping costs and additional fees (if it's applicable) incurred and 5% of the value of products as handling charges.
