All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. (Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items: sale items, white colours, knitwear, delicate fabrics) Shoes must be in new condition and its original packaging. To initiate an exchange on a web item please email us with the return reason and tracking number at contact@leapt.fr, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. We do not accept returns because of a simple change of heart on the part of the customer. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days in France, and 7-12 business days in Europe.
