All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days in France, and 7-12 business days in Europe, Russia, Australia and US. Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed or damaged items caused by shipping provider, or items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. We currently ship to Europe, Russia, Australia and US only.

To initiate a return on a web item please email us with the reason and order number at customercare@leapt.fr within 3 days from the date the Customer received it.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn (including smell or traces of perfume, sweat, fragrance) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 14 days from the date the Customer received it. 

Any returned items that are incomplete or damaged will be sent back as is to the Customer at the Customers expense. 

Once the return item has been shipped the Customer must provide tracking information to customercare@leapt.fr. All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. Goods sent unilaterally without prior information will be returned to the Customer at the Customers expense.

CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE: For returns from Russia, U.S and Australia all duty fees and taxes will be paid for by the customer.
